InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS "Xenial Xerus" - Release amd64 (20160719) InstallationDate: Installed on (1632 days ago) This is not a stock card from HP EliteBook 8470w, I've replaced it to gain Wifi 802.11ac transfer speeds. The card works fine in Windows 10 so it's not a hardware issue. The workaround script from bug 1673344 works to fix the wifi without rebooting. I've searched for similar bugs, but it looks like my error message and card model is a bit different. I'm using Ubuntu 20.04 that was upgraded from 18.04 and earlier 16.04.
